Carmen Maria Vega returns to the stage, performing old songs chosen for their explosive power, subtly mixing them with new material from her own pen. Reinventing and mixing styles, she is rock, chanson and electro all in one. Always on the move for the past 18 years, an undisputed expert on the stage, in turn director, actress, author, producer and singer, she loves to move from the shadows into the light. Her repertoire revisits the Carmen(s) of yesterday to tell the story of today. In this show, her exceptional voice celebrates femininity and the freedom to be oneself, opening the floodgates to a unique experience, that of “CARMEN ULTRA”.
