Fascinated by copper, this rich and noble material, Muriel enjoys showcasing it in all its shapes and gleams. She engraves it, patinates it, burns it, cuts it, pushes it back and integrates it into wall decorations, fireplace surrounds, facades?
Muriel also draws, in black ink, little Basque houses full of fantasy that seem to have come straight out of a storybook. She also likes to play with shapes and textures. Small phrases in Basque illustrate each drawing, delivering a message. Come and discover the artist?s world, including her drawings on canvas, postcards and mugs, until the end of November, and make a lovely gift for the holidays!
